Dreizehdachs

This comes to us through Braucherei and Pennsylvania German oral tradition:

Overnight tonight we will observe the annual visit by the Frost Giant known to us only as Dreizehdachs. Dunner (Thor) will beat him back and bring us that much closer to the time when it's safe to plant anything outdoors.

There are still two Frost Giants yet to visit.

Some people refer to these as Frost Spirits (vs. Frost Giants) left over from the Wild Hunt after Holle's return.

I lean towards the former version vs. the latter.

Either way, though, it's a nice piece of lore.
